How is the first week of July already gone? I didn't even get a reading possibility post done for June and I have to admit it wasn't a great reading month with only 1 book read. I just have to much happening with other responsibilities. But the one I did read was good and it knocked another off my purchased pile. So new month, new start.
Again, for July, my focus is going to be on the purchased book pile in my closet with a few others thrown in along the way. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how I want to look at it, on our vacation last week we stopped in at a book store and 2 books came home with me. What can I say? They just jumped in my bag. Wink, wink.
For July, I picked a mix of summery sounding ones and a couple I really want to get to. Four of the six are out of my purchased pile and the other two I found in Little Free Libraries. Hopefully I'll finish more than one this month!

Hi Susanne. It's the darndest thing - I have books just jump in my bad too! Can't figure out how that happens. I'm with you - my goal this summer to to read books I already have. If I don't LOVE it - I will pass it along to someone else. Have a great week. See you again soon.
I enjoyed For a Lifetime by Garielle Meyer earlier this year--very good!
So many books wanna jump into my bag but nope.....I refuse to buy fiction and just borrow from the library. I have really pared down our books. We do own a plethora of bible studies, etc and of course some fiction classics. But with getting older, I enjoy going to the library and just borrowing because my funds are limited now that i'm no longer teaching and I'm not drawing on my social security yet. :)
I read a book VERY much with the same trope as Summer Sisters. It was excellent....it was about a summer camp.....was so good. I'd have to check my blog to remember the title.
