The Never Ending Story, It Seems

Hello and welcome to Living to Tell the Story.
What is my story, you ask?

Well, I'll give you a hint.
These pictures are not from this past winter.

They were indeed taken early this morning.
This April 14th morning.

My story is snow.
And lots of it, branch breaking, heavy, wet snow.

I must admit, though, it is all my fault.
I take full responsibility.

You see, I sent all the snow suits home with the dayhome kids early this week.
And I had the audacity to pack away the shovels.

Shhh, but don't tell anyone here.

I think it's absolutely beautiful.

Stunningly gorgeous.

He, however, is not impressed.

WOW! I sure hope that's not coming my way ...

The snow we are getting right now seems not to be the pretty, heavy, branch breaking stuff.....it seems like winter blizzard snow. :(

As if we didn't have enough problems with the spring melt already.

Your photos are gorgeous, BTW

Well, it is beautiful, but I'm not sure I could see the bright side of that one.

Hope spring visits soon.

Very picturesque, but I bet you wish you weren't taking these photos in April! Y'all skipping spring this year?

Yikes! I just don't know what to say...
I just got off the phone with Dear's aunt in Colorado and they got snow this morning, too.

Wow.

And that's about all there IS to say!

I can totally understand both "beautiful" and "not impressed." We had a little bit of snow on April 1, but it melted quickly. Your photos are lovely!

When do you think Spring will get here? I'm hoping soon, for both of us. Yes the pictures are beautiful though. Especially when all I get to see is rain down here in Tacoma.

I had a surprise snow here this morning. Who would think that could happen in the middle of April! Some of my daffodils were bent over and are still looking a little sad.
I hope we get the warm spring days soon. I'm tired of goose bumps and I'm sure you are too even though it is sort of prety to look at.
