Oh, ye of little faith! Just in case you didn't believe me about this, which was lots of ya, and I'm not naming any names. You know who you are! :vD Well, maybe you'll believe her. Go on, now I really dare ya to try it!
I read her post this morning. I knew the minute I saw the name of your post that you were talking about your 40 cloves of garlic chicken. I tell you, there's no such thing as too much garlic. Interesting that she said the dish doesn't taste garlicky. Maybe she should have used 80 cloves? LOL
This was actually on my Menu Monday for today...however, we have leftovers coming out of our ears, so I had to push it back to the weekend....NOW, I REALLY can't wait to try it! :)
I'm making this for tomorrow's dinner and have put it on my blog with a link to yours :-)
Oh, and I'm kind of hoping it DOES taste garlicky! Kind of like I never understand people who want to eat fish that doesn't taste fishy. I'm thinkin' "Hey, eat chicken then!"
I tried this and it's wonderful. well i adj it a little and made it greek style i hope you don't mind but for this thursday's slowcooker i'm going to post my modifications on this recipe for greek gyros.. LMK if that's alright with you!

All right, girl. Next time I go to the grocery, it's on!
ok, I was a bit of a skeptic when I read your recipe, but now I will have to try it. I don't know why I didn't believe YOU the first time? Sorry!
You know, I've seen this recipe before or something very similar and always thought it'd be good but have never tried it. Guess I should!
Well I'll be. Now let me find my grocery list and jot down...40...cloves...of...garlic.
Thanks!
