Slow Cooking Thursday~Cowboy Stew

COWBOY STEW
Serves 4. Is easily doubled.
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can (15 oz.) chili beans
1 can (15 oz.) can pork & beans)
1 can (15 oz.) cream corn
2 cans (8 0z each) tomato sauce
In skillet, brown the ground beef with the onions and green pepper. Drain well. Add to crockpot and add all other ingrediants. Cover and cook on low 6 - 8 hours or on high 4 hours. Serve with thick slices of a hearty bread.
