1. A nice large mug of Hot Apple Cider. Specifically this Apple Cinnamon Cider. Oh my. The aroma. The taste. It tastes just like my Godmom's homemade apple pies. Which in itself brings back wonderful memories. I'm enjoying a big hot mug right now. MMMM, MMMM! In fact, if I must say all these guys ciders and products are absolutely delish!
2. The colors of fall. I've really been enjoying the fall colors. I love the coziness and beauty of them.
3. Pajama day last week. What fun we had. The kids loved it. From wearing their pajamas to making the koolaid popcorn to having pancakes to watching a movie. They are still talking about it a week later.
4. The hug of a toddler. A little guy in my dayhome is just going to be turning two and he gives the best hugs. It melts the heart as he wraps his little arms around me.
5. Pumpkin pecan cupcakes. Yummy. Another wonderful fall treat. And super easy. Just take a box of butter pecan cake mix, add 1 cup canned pumpkin along with the rest of the ingrediants as listed on the box. Sprinkle chopped pecans and chocolate chips on the top and bake as directed.
So what are your favorite things from your week? Do a post and let us know. We'd love to come and read.

There's nothing sweeter than a hug from toddler!

Have a great weekend Suzanne - and thanks for hosting Friday Fave 5
and my apologies for hijacking the meme this week - hope you don't mind - I couldn't help it!! That adventure was worth 5 faves all in one :)
What a wonderful comfort fave 5 you have this week! I love pajama days and especially in the fall. Those pumpkin pecan cupcakes look wonderful! Have a great weekend Susanne...
That recipe sounds good. I'm going to have to try it.
I've been loving the fall colors, too, and savoring them since some of the trees are already losing a lot of leaves. I have a hard time with the barrenness of winter, so I like to shore of all the color of the season to hold me over til spring.
I don't drink cider often, but every now and then a good cup of it really hits the spot.
Those pumpkin muffins sound wonderful, and so easy!
I wish we had fall colors where I live. And I love your pajama day.
That cider looks so yummy. It's not quiet cold enough here in Texas for yummy cider or peppermint mocha.
Those cupcakes sound delicious! But I'm trying to resist temptation! So I'm gonna try not to go out and by the ingredients!!
Those cupcakes look so good, I'll have to try them out!
Those pumpkin pecan cupcakes sound like they're right up my alley!
Oh, and I'm with you as far as toddler hugs. When they hug you, you *know* you've been hugged! :)

I'm reading the other posters favorite things and the one thing many of us have in common is....
PUMPKIN!
Many ladies made pumpkin muffins or bread, and I got an excellent deal on a pumpkin pie at the store. YUM! I love fall!
Wow,I'm late today and it looks like Fave Five is getting popular! Have a great weekend, Susanne!
We used to have PJ day when our son was still at home and we homeschooled. Those were some of our favorite days. Heartwarming fave five, Susanne!
