Prayers for a Sweet Babe

Today is the day that little Addison goes for open heart surgery. Her mommy is Sarah from In the Midst of It. We are praying for this precious family and would love for you join us in lifting them before the Lord.

Her grandma Bev, from Blessed Beyond Measure, has Thirteen Things you can pray for little Addison today! Scoot on over to get the list and leave a comment and then as you pray you can leave Sarah an encouragement at her place too! I know it would really bless and lift them up!

Thank you, Susanne. There are thousands of people out there praying for Sarah and the baby and her family and our entire family because of people like you. I know our family, and especially Sarah and Chris, appreciate this gesture.

Hi Susanne from a fellow Canuck,
I saw the comment you left at Katherine's site and it really impressed me. Stepping back and thinking about how we do things in general is a great gift, one that not everyone seems able to pull off. Good for you!

Quick update for you in case you haven't seen it elsewhere yet. Addison is in ICU recovery. She's on a ventilator and a pacemaker but she's holding her own. Sarah will be updating everyone on her post as soon as she can. But the good news is she's in recovery and doing well right now.

Blogland and the women in it never cease to amaze me. A bunch of people who have probably never met in "real life", calling on eachother to support and prayer for eachother. Wow!! You all touch my heart so much. Thanks for putting this out there Susanne.
Am joining all the rest of my sisters in prayer for this little one.

Susanne, so sweet of you to send this out for Addison and our family. As a Christian, even when you need to pray, you are sometimes too tired to pray, or to know what to pray. There have been so many times I've just sat before God and known the Holy Spirit was doing the translating of what was on my heart, what I couldn't put into words. We started this day knowing all of you were out there praying like crazy for us. Truly can't tell you what a difference it made today. Thank you, thank you. xoxoxo
