Well, the top 22, actually this year, top 24, have been chosen and there are 5, count 'em 5 Albertans. Whoo hoo. Including... ta da.... our singing waiter! I better start exercising my dialing finger now so it doesn't get cramps. It's gonna be a fun summer!

I'm jealous! I am going through American Idol withdrawals bad. I am somewhat pacified by The Next Food Network Star. But that is only 1 day a week. Bummer.

I was catching up and reading your swimsuit post...my almost nine yr old needs a new one and we're going to try them on today. But I was looking them over by myself last night at the store, and some of them, even for children, are so- not modest! Ugh.
My own 2-pc happens to be a rare modest swimsuit...it's the kind with a tiny skirt, and the top goes down to my belly button. Of course, I like that it hides those extra calories I ate...;)
How exciting! That is about how we felt with Carrie Underwood being from our neck of the woods.
It makes it more fun when you have ones from your area! A fun summer show.
Just caught up with the swim suit post, a dreaded activity for me for sure! It is hard to find them for our girls, although I don't get much say in mine anymore b/c they are basically on their own.
