Today is slow cooking Thursday over at Sandra's, also known as Diary of a Stay at Home Mom. And today she's asking us for our best crockpot recipe. This was easy for me to decide. I posted this last year and there was shock skepticism horror hesitation reverberate all through blogland. But most who tried, loved. And I get a minimum 3 google searches a day for it. So I give to you once more:
Don't be scared. I dare you to try it!
Now I have linked it to my former post because, well, the thought of retyping the whole thing one handed is a little daunting. I hope that's not considered cheating, Sandra?!

Wow sounds yummy but that sure is a lot of garlic! °Ü°
Me afraid of garlic...no way. I'm seriously thinking of bringing back my crockpot from Seattle to California so I can make some of these yummy crock recipes...
This is my 3rd time to see this ... three is kind of a holy number ... is it time for me try it?
I remember the first time you posted this, Susanne. I love garlic and it sounded wonderful, but I never tried it. I won't make that mistake again.

Love the flavor of garlic in recipes. Using the cooked garlic for mashed potatoes or on toasted bread sounds yummy.
