Well, just when you thought the celebrating was all over, nope, today's the good old birthday. No matter how hard I try, it just keeps coming back year after year. After year, ahem. So anyway, have some coffee or tea and let me know which of these gorgeous cakes you'd like a slice of. I baked them myself. Hahahahahaha. (I can still crack myself up, even at my age).
I just want to know how come their tipping, uneven cakes (aptly named the topsy turvy cakes) look so wonderful , fun and whimsical, while mine just look like they're tipping?

Oh, I love these kinds of cakes. I love it when the Food Network has this kind of baking challenge show. Pink Cake Box lady should definitely enter! Isn't it amazing what they can do with fondant?
