I think I figured out what I could have done. Could my back possibly be hurting in proxy from watching my daughter practice this move over and over again for a couple of months now? Her and her friend were practicing a dance to the song "Breathe into Me" by Red. There is a line in the song that says, "I'm falling, falling faster. Breathe Your life into me." She is the person falling (in black) and her friend, in white, is God grabbing ahold of her. They did this in church and at a talent contest at school and have been asked to do it in front of the whole school at an assembly. Which means more practicing. Owwwwch.

Sympathy back pains! My husband has had a sore back all week, too - maybe it's the weather?

What a cool move! That makes my back heart just looking at the picture. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Ouch is right!

But Susanne, I love that your daughter uses this to worship the Lord and tell others about Him...awesome!

Hope you feel better soon, my friend!

Sooo sorry about your back pains. I will pray! My last trimester of all my pregnancies my back just kills me....... And I am there once again. So I know what life with a soar back is like.....:(

Yeah, I think you have a hurt back by proxy.

I'm not a doctor, but I'll play one on your blog. I suggest several cups of coffee with a pan of brownies while reading one of your new books.

I'll send the bill later.

If I ever got into that position in the first place, I'm pretty sure it would be permanent. I'd never get out of it. LOL

Yup, my back is hurting just from looking at the picture. Hope you're on the mend soon.

Sounds (and looks) like a wonderful drama/dance)

Cool, I agree with Tammy. Great that she tells others about God in that way...

I feel you with the back pains....seems like ever since I gave birth my back has been all out of join. Oh and I agree with Shalee that coffee and a pan of brownies would do the trick. =)

Great drama that your daughter is doing. How awesome.

Oh man. Even when I was her age I couldn't have done that. Glad to hear this opportunity has arisen for her. She is just spreading God' love, isn't she?? I'm still praying for you!

Wow. I've never been able to do this! Yes, if I watched this enough, it would hurt me, too.

What an honor to be asked to perform in front of the school. Yay for your daughter!

It is beautiful that your daughter is doing this! Of course, I wouldn't be able to walk after doing it one time, but she is young and her body is in better shape than mine. Blessings!

I think the professionals would call that "codependence!"

Ah--to be young again!

How are you feeling, btw?

Well, it's hurtin' me just looking at it!

Sorry your back it hurting. Mine went out once when my kids were young, and I had new sympathy for those who suffer with chronic back pain. It affected every area of my life!

I'm so impressed with your daughter! I've never done that particular move... on purpose, anyway! LOL

LOL Susanne I think I got dizzy just looking at her doing that....ouch is right!!

Somehow I think if I ever tried that I would stay stuck like it forever and I probably wouldn't have a nice friend holding me up either LOL

Your daughter's routine sounds absolutely breathtaking. If she is willing and you are able, would you consider posting it as a video for your bloggy friends to see? I think it would be an awesome witnessing tool! Blessings!
