Word for the Weekend

"He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
Will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say to the Lord, "My refuge and my fortress,
My God, in whom I trust!"

Psalm 91:1-2

One of my personal all time fav's. In fact, I have posted about this very Psalm in my archives (Sun., Jan 15). It was when we were in the middle of so many potential changes and transitions.

Perfect photo for this verse!! Thanks for sharing this. I never tire of these words!

Beautiful photo you've chosen.

Enjoy your weekend.

It's one of my favorite passages, too!
Thank you for sharing it this morning!

(And thanks for letting me know about my page not loading right! I tried to reply to my own post just now, and it wouldn't even let me do it!)

Perfect match. I like that the photo is black and white, shades of grey, just like our life during a storm. Thanks!

I LOVE this scripture and the castle is just the perfect picture of the "Fortress" that is our God!

"The name of the Lord is, a strong tower..." I love that song and this picture is such a visual of that! Great choice of verse too!

One of my 'life scriptures'! How can I get that (without lifting it off your page, thus stealing it!)?! Chrissy
