You gotta go see and Everyday Things

Very first off this morning you gotta scoot on over to Katherine at Raising Five. I tagged her for the novel meme where you tell of a novel that you would write. Now Katherine is very organized and efficient and I think that this meme "stretched" her just a bit but she came up with a good one. It's worth heading over!

Now onto:

"...For I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances." Philippians 4:11

After returning from holidays last weekend and having to jump right back into work with extras happening this week, I just a little tired and overwhelmed from the work week. So I am so grateful and thankful for the weekend and 2 days off to recoup. I can just sit around for awhile in the morning with my coffee and catch up on all the sites I've gotten so behind on and then leisurely spend some time with family and do things for my home. Yup, I'm very thankful for weekends!

For more everyday things head over to Jule's place at Everyday Mommy and read on or add yourself to the list so we can read your everyday idea!

Excellent thing to be thankful for. I am thankful, after mopping my floors and being exhausted I can sit at my computer and read a few blogs that encourage and uplift. Makes me want to tackle the bathroom too (well ok, not really but it sounded good).

Happy Friday.

Weekends are the reason I get up on Monday. I can't wait to get to the next one! I get to be with my kids all day and Mr. Right and I usually block out so us time to really reconnect after the busy-ness of the week.

Thanks for sharing Susanne!

Nothing like the weekends, though they do seem to go by so quick LOL

Thanks for sharing :)

Yes, it stretched me alright - my arm almost couldn't reach up to to the cookie jar!

Weekends are busy for us with kids' sports - but it is a different kind of busy from the "gotta stay on top of this or we're gonna implode" kind of weekday busy. It's family-centered - I love that. Thanks for sharing - be right over for coffee!

I am trying to absorb that free time right now before school starts and I am forced to get up every morning and help my oldest get ready for the bus.

To take ANY time for a cup of coffee is a BIG JUICY tomato!!! :)

When I worked, I lived for weekends. I made every single minute count. I love this meme. I love the way it makes us think about the very simple things we could so easily take for granted.

My weekend was very good. And you're right - it's something I don't stop to appreciate often enough!
