But sometimes I get in the mood for a book I've loved and I take a break to re-read. When I can't fall asleep, I put on a familiar story, set the volume as low as it will go, and set my iPod on timer. I always get more from a second or third or some , I think maybe 10 times. It's because I slow down to read - and notice more.
