And I also loved it because my oldest decided to resume her lessons next week...she started back in Jan. and they had the summer off...she didn't like practising but decided she wanted to go for one more year...now she's learn the ENDING of Twinkle Twinkle! ;)

Oo a violinist of the future. I can't wait to see what my two decide on when they grow up. I dabbled with the flute when I was at school and when I tell my son this his face all puckers up like he's swallowed a lemon whole!
I hope that my daughter will take to the violin when she is a bit bigger. I looked into Suzuki but this fall was just too busy to make the commitment. There is always next year, I guess, since she is just 4.

I have a granddaughter who plays beautifully (now), but at the beginning, it takes a great deal of love to listen to violin practice.
