5 Things I Love about Jesus

I've been reading this meme going around for a couple weeks and it's one of my favorites. Listing 5 things that you love (dig) about Jesus has been such a blessing to read as everyone has just a tad bit different take on what touches their hearts about Jesus. And now Gibee has tagged me.

And like Gibee, I had trouble to sticking to just 5 things I love about Jesus, but here's the 5 I chose.

1. Jesus sought me out and saved me when I was lost. *Luke 19-10, *Luke 15: 1-7

2. His mercies are new every morning *Lamentations 3: 22-26, *I John 1:9

3. He sets me free from cares *Luke 12: 22- 31, *I Peter: 5:7, * Philippians 4: 4-7

4. He loves children *Luke 18: 15-17

5. He knows how I feel. He wept when His friend died * John 11: 33-36

He experienced heartache *Mark 14: 34; *Luke 13: 34-35

He knew what it was like to feel alone *Luke 22: 39-46, *Mark 14: 66-72, *Luke 22: 54-60

Sheesh, it was hard to just stick to 5. There are just so many things about Jesus to love. That's why this meme is so neat to me. Between all of us doing it, it covers so many wonderful aspects of who Jesus is.
