The Sky. It Is Blue.

Could it possibly be? Yup, I do think it is.

There is actually blue skies peeking out last night.

Quite a contrast to this cloud that started off the whole week of grey and wet.

And this is the actual shot. And no the camera wasn't messing up. It was actually streaked and outlined in black. With shining white behind it. I've never seen a cloud like this with the grey streaks and black outline.

For a split second, I sorta thought it might be announcing the return of the Lord.

And while it was really cool, I'm really liking the cloudless blue sky this morning. Maybe my poor old pansies can finally get planted. They've been oh, so patiently waiting in their teeny tiny seed pots waiting for it to warm up. Sprouting and growing. It is time.

This morning they're basking in the sunshine awaiting their new beds.

I will be joining them, raising my face to the sunshine. As soon as I hit post!

Such amazing pictures Susanne. I find myself in the opposite situation today - watching and praying for some rain. It has been sunny and hot for several days in a row and my little flowers are longing for a nice long drink.
I'm glad you're getting sunshine!

Great photos!

I've had a hard time getting my flowers in the ground too due to our record rainfall. And I've lost some of my garden to the cold and heavy rains already. UGH!

Straining to catch a glimpse of blue sky here. They say it's coming this weekend. I'm hoping!

Ah yes, the blue sky and sunshine was lovely for a few days. Alas, it is grey skies and wind again for today. At least the temp is still in the double digits.

How 'bout down south? (Thursday, that is)

And I join the crowd in oohing and aahing over your photos - esp. the ones of the sky. Good job.
