Noooooooo! Are they serious?

I woke up to the sound of pouring rain this morning. Which is nice in the spring. But this is what was on my homepage this morning which just happens to be the Weather Network. Did one of you say the "s" word too loudly in yesterday's post?

Winter Storm Warning:

Summary

Intermittent rain changing to snow by Thursday morning. Snowfall amounts of 10 to 20 centimetres by Thursday evening in most localities. This is a warning that dangerous winter weather conditions are imminent. As the low moves east the winds will shift to north to northwest 50 gusting to 70 km/h and the precipitation will change to snow.

Ugh! Hope it's sunny and warm soon. I contemplated putting our heat back on this morning but decided we'd have to tough it out.

Maybe it will be like our weather forecasts and not happen. The past "big storms coming" never materialized. I'm tired of rain, too, though. (Portland, Oregon)

We had to scrape frost off the car last night...and had a heating fire. But none of the "s..." word. Hope it thaws out soon.

Geezz, really? I surely hope not!
Our heat was on this morning..it was only 38 outside. Thankfully, not cold enough for S.

It was NOT me!! *grin*

My DH showed me a news video from Vermont - 1 foot and still snowing. It's not moving North though. Trying hard not to cheer.

It might have been me, but I promise I was saying it for MYSELF, though now that I look back on it I should have known that snow where I'm at would never happen LOL
