Slow Cook Thursday ~ Crockpot Ranch Chicken

CROCKPOT RANCH CHICKEN
-12 - 18 drumsticks or thighs, skin removed
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
-1 envelope ranch dressing mix
-1/2 cup sour cream
-2 Tbsp. bottled ranch dressing
-2 Tbsp. flour
Spray or oil the sides and bottom of crockpot lightly. Very lightly salt chicken pieces and place in crock. Combine soup & ranch dressing packet and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 5 hours or on high for 3 hours.
Remove chicken carefully with slotted spoon. Mix bottled ranch, sour cream and flour and whisk into the crockpot liquid. Put chicken back in crock and cook on high for half an hour.
Serve with rotini or egg noodles.

This recipe sounds delicious. I will be trying it soon! We love ranch dressing. I posted one yesterday for "Ranch Cheddar Chicken"...kids gobble it up!
