Want to see a grown woman cry? Stick around while she scoops 3 kg and $14 worth of hot lasagna off the floor, cupboard doors and new jeans while her hungry family tries vainly to help. Sigh.

I hate when that happens. Why does it always have to be the NEW pair?? Hope you have better luck with the ham and beans tomorrow!!!

Oh, no! I would cry, too. Were you able to salvage enough to have dinner?

What? What on earth happened? It sounds like it exploded. But we know for sure now, you stick to your menu plan Monday.

Honestly, I'd have served the top part, the part that didn't touch the floor. Lasagna is a huge chore to make. I hope you salvaged at least some of it.

I would cry also, can I cry with you? Ok what happened and how did it end up on the cupboard doors? Did you wash your jeans right away, if it is fresh all of it should come out fine.

I am so sorry!!

Jen

happened once when i was a girl
Id made a pudding (a cheesecake if I remember rightly) I was so proud it
and made a grand entrance we had a family friend over

I was most upset
anyway our friend hugged me while my parents scrapped it up off the floor
it was still good

Sigh. That's when you tell everyone to enjoy the salad and then you go out for ice cream.

Some days are just more disappointing or trying than others.

Oh, no, no, no! How in the world did it happen? It's the jeans that's killing me, the jeans! Oh say you salvaged them!

I agree with a chelsea morning, I would have been so tempted to just serve the top part that didn't touch the floor. Lasagna is a lot of hard work!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, there that scream was for you!! :)

not fun

I had the same experience with a full jug of grape Kool-aid.

Did you know that it stains ceilings?

We had this happen once, but it was my husband who dropped it. We cried, then we laughed, then we went out to eat. What else can you really do?
