It's That Time!




Fall. That wonderful time of year with the beautiful colors, the cooler weather, the thicker sweaters and comfy afghans, the kids back in school and....Callipider Days Fall Back Into Reading Challenge. It's here. I've been gathering my books for weeks. And I'm ready to go. How 'bout you?

My pile for this fall:

Susanne! I love your new look! I wasn't sure I'd gone to the right blog. lol I do miss your old look, but hey, change is good right?!?!?

Ooh, Bad Girls of the Bible is really good. Hope you enjoy! I think I read Our Covenant God several years ago - it was pretty good also.

Oh and I have The Cross Examination of Oliver Finney on my bookshelf but haven't read it yet. Will be interested to hear your thoughts on it. I'd also like to read both The Canopy and The Elevator by Angela Hunt. Great choices!

uncharted is one of my favorites! i don't think she's written a book i don't like lol. i'm hoping to get a copy of her new one "doesn't she look natural" hopefully soon

wow Susanne, you have some humdingers on your list! they all seem so suspenseful! The Oliver Finney one is catching my eye, the Elevator one looks too suspenseful for me.

The only one I've read is Bad Girls. I'd kind of like to take on the Elevator one, but that is one of my real nightmares--elevator entrapment and falling. Sounds like you'll be busy!

Susanne, I have not heard of almost all of these...I think 2 or 3, but the rest are all new to me! That last one sounds very good...if I have time, it just might have to go on my non-fiction list! (I kept that category very, very small...hoping that I would actually finish it this time!) ;)
I just now posted mine...whew- that was actually a lot of thought and work!

Oh yeah! To answer your question about the Jan Karon book on my list - Yes! It is new and I am so excited that she is starting a new series!

I read my first book by Berg last year and am reading my first one by Angela Hunt for this time! I remembered how much you liked it, so much so that you have several of hers on your list. I'll look forward to what you think of your books!
