"For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us;
And the govenrnment will rest on His shoulders;
And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Eternal Father, Prince of Peace."

It is still so amazing and confirming to me that His birth, death, and resurrection was all prohpesied so many years before it happened.

One of my favorite verses of all time! I'll be posting about that later this week when I share JD Green's story for his birthday.

Prince of Peace is probably my favorite name for Christ. Peace between us and God, peace in our world, our families, our hearts. Someday it won't be a dreamy-eyed wish, and it's all because of Him.
